If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return the item in its original condition within 5 days of receipt. The item can be returned for a refund or exchanged for another model. Please note that courier fee included in the price is not refundable. NB IT MUST BE UNUSED AND STICKERS STILL ATTACHED

After 5 days we will consider the item as used and we will not be able to refund or swop the product.

A refund will be processed once receiving the item in its original condition. Refunds take 5-7 working days.

If paid via Payfast and the card used for purchase will be credited the refunded amount.

Warranty

For faulty products and manufacturing issues our standard warranty period is 6 months. In a few cases, this may be longer. If you're not sure, or can't remember when you bought it, contact us with your order number and we'll assist.
