Returns & Refund Policy
Returns & Consumer Rights
We are committed to providing quality smartwatches and excellent customer service. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("CPA") and does not limit any rights afforded to consumers under the Act.
1. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your smartwatch within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
• The smartwatch has not been worn, used, paired, activated or registered.
• It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and protective films intact.
• The product is in a resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the product has been inspected and approved, a refund or store credit will be processed.
2. Faulty or Defective Smartwatches
If your smartwatch is defective, unsafe or fails to operate as reasonably expected under normal use, you may return it within 6 months of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing to determine whether the fault is due to a manufacturing defect or whether it has resulted from misuse, accidental damage, liquid ingress, unauthorised repairs, neglect or normal wear and tear.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the six-month implied warranty period provided by the Consumer Protection Act, the customer may elect to receive one of the following remedies in accordance with the Act:
• A repair;
• A replacement; or
• A Full refund.
If the product is found not to have a manufacturing defect or the damage falls outside the scope of the Consumer Protection Act or the manufacturer's warranty, the claim may be declined. Where possible, we will provide a quotation for a chargeable repair.
3. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
For faults reported within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange and pay for the return courier once the return has been authorised.
For warranty claims submitted after 30 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the smartwatch to us for assessment.
If the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect covered by the Consumer Protection Act or the applicable manufacturer's warranty, we may reimburse reasonable return courier costs or, at our discretion, arrange return shipping.
4. The Following Are Not Considered Manufacturing Defects
• Accidental damage.
• Cracked or broken screens.
• Impact damage.
• Water or liquid damage where the device exceeds its stated water-resistance rating or has been exposed to conditions outside the manufacturer's specifications.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling.
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Cosmetic scratches, dents or normal wear and tear.
• Battery performance that naturally decreases over time through normal use.
5. Water Resistance
Many smartwatches are water-resistant but not waterproof.
Water resistance can reduce over time due to normal wear, impacts or damage. Damage caused by exposure to water outside the manufacturer's stated specifications is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Customers should always follow the manufacturer's care and water-resistance guidelines.
6. Products Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email clear photographs of the packaging and damaged product.
• Keep all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
8. How to Request a Return
1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Where possible, provide photographs or a short video showing the fault.
3. Our support team may first guide you through basic troubleshooting, such as charging, restarting, re-pairing or updating the device, as many issues can be resolved without returning the product.
4. If a return is required, we will issue a Return Authorisation and provide return instructions.
5. Once received, the smartwatch will undergo inspection and testing before the warranty claim is approved or declined.
6. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the CPA warranty period, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may delay processing.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008. Where this policy conflicts with the CPA, the provisions of the CPA will apply.
